So we've talked about the gear we recommend as you make your foray into Baby Bunching:
1) Double Stroller (This is a must have. You can try it without, but we don't recommend it.)
2) Sling/Baby Bjorn/Some other kind of carrier (Get one. Borrow one. Beg for one.)
3) Second baby monitor (This is a maybe, but it's worth researching.)
4) Second crib (Almost definitely a yes. Get one. Borrow one. Beg for one.)
We have one more item to add to the list: high chair.
When I became pregnant with baby #2, my son was seven months. He had only recently made his jump into the high chair. Do the math and you'd know that eventually both kids would need to be in some kind of kid-friendly chair (preferably one they can't get out of).
The current high chair I was using was a solid wood chair which had been my high chair as a child. It was nice and sturdy (I thought) and was a beast to clean. We finally migrated to a Fisher Price Healthy Care Booster seat. I really cannot say enough fabulous things about this. I would say as early as 6 months a child could sit comfortably in this seat. Which means for $30 you can buy two and save yourself the hassle of ever having to purchase an expensive high chair. Really.
My other recommendation is the Ikea Antilop high chair. We bought this chair when my daughter actually fell out of my "nice" wood one. It just broke one day and she slipped out. I was terrified and grateful that I was right there to catch her. This high chair is SO awesome. First of all it's all plastic. There are very few places for food to get stuck so I would take it outside and literally hose it down about once a week. It's $20 and for an extra $10 you can buy the tray. Buy the tray! It's worth the extra $10. This also comes apart to store for later.
There are many options out there for great Baby Bunching high chairs, and I want to mention this new one from Graco, which I've heard mixed reviews about mainly because it has so many parts. But if this isn't an issue, it might be worth a try!
We had to go straight to a daycare type feeding table when we officially became bunchers, but I wanted to chime in and say that we LOVED our Fisher Price Booster for our oldest. We have four kiddos and managed to never have a true high chair!?!

I'm also a fan of Fisher Price's booster/high chairs....that one that you showed, and also the SpaceSaver, if you need a "younger child" high chair. Most people don't need two, though, and can have a high chair/SpaceSaver and a booster, imo.

We used the phil and teds Me Too seats. They saved us floor space in the kitchen, saved our big seats for adults and were great to grab and go for bakeries, restaurants, travel and friend's houses. They fold flat and weigh only 2 lbs. My toddler went to the Me Too when the baby was born and the baby started with his Me Too when he was about 5 or 6 months. He was so excited to be just like his big brother.

I am a huge huge fan of the traveling booster seat (http://www.target.com/The-First-Years-On-The-Go-Booster/dp/B00005N9X5). I have found that although my Mom would have one high chair, we would need at least a booster type seat for one kid. It is easy, transportable and you could use it at home. The nice thing is it nylon so you won't mess up anyone else's furniture with scratches from plastic booster seats. I just had to give you my little tip. I really appreciated it when someone else told me about it!

We have the Ikea high chairs and they ARE awesome. We even have extras for my parent's house since they're so cheap.

Ikea also has a new one called Spoling. WE just bought it for grandma's house and it works perfectly for the 18 month old and the 6 month old. Can also fold it up for roadtrips!

Just wanted to chime in and say we LOVE our Fisher Price HC booster. It is easy to clean and fully adjustable. With our first, we kept it in the car and used it at restaurants - super easy and we always knew she would be in a safe (relatively) clean seat. We now have 2 under 2 (and a 3-year-old) so the booster lives at the kitchen table for the 20-month old and the 7-month old sits in the Healthy Care High Chair from Fisher Price - also a great chair (but not nearly as versatile as the booster). We're thinking of getting an extra booster so we still have one in the car. Definitely going to get your monies worth out of this seat.

Haver you heard of the Kaboost? http://www.amazon.com/KABOOST-Portable-Chair-Booster-Chocolate/dp/B000V44B4G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1239985673&sr=8-1 We think it is much more stable than the booster chairs and makes the kids feel part of the family. Been using it since she was 20 months and the baby took over the high chair. She can even get into the chair herself now.

I've really appreciated my Graco Classic Wood High Chair. It may not be modern or fancy, but it looks like furniture instead of plastic-baby. It is convertible up through a small child, and the tray is even wood, with a dish-washable hard plastic cover.
